Johnsons Poultry Scaly Cream is a soothing cream to help relieve the symptoms of scaly leg in poultry. Scaly leg infestation is caused by a burrowing sarcoptid mite (Cnemidocoptes mutans) that infects fowl and other birds. The mite will burrow under the scales of bird's legs and feet and may find it's way to other areas such as the comb and wattles. Johnsons Poultry Scaly Cream is a traditional soothing cream containing precipitated sulphur and other natural ingredients in a soft oily base. Directions for use: Carefully apply to legs feet comb and wattle avoiding eyes and feathers. Rub in well but gently and use every 2 to 3 days. Continue weekly as necessary until infestation is cleared
